How to work with thousands design?
You can change colours, garment style, logo and name.
Which kind of artwork files do you accept?
We accept the vector formats PDF EPS AI or high resolution image formats PS JPG JPEG PNG.
Can i provide pms colours for my design?
Yes, we can colour match PMS colours for your design. However, colour matching is subjective and having
a 100% colour match may not be possible due to the difference between colour on card and fabric.
Please provide PMS(Pantone matching system) FORMULA GUIDE SOLID COATED (GP1601) colour number,
so we can match it.
Can you provide special process custom LOGO?
Yes, there is a variety of logo production processes. Sublimation, embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer,
woven, appliances and so on.
I am not a designer,how can i work with your design team to get the job done?
First, you can pick and choose the design from our online design template library in which our design team
is continuously uploading new designs.Second, you can source your own design concept through internet
surfing.
How much does artwork cost?
The artwork is free! Please contact us to discuss your requirement.
Can the samples be free?
No problem, it could be refundable when order placed.
What is the delivery time?
3-5 days by DHL, UPS or TNT for the small orders
7-10 days by air and 20-30days by sea for the big orders.
What's your return policy?
-All garments must be approved by you before production. This is done at the end of the design stage.
Approving design mocks ensure all parties agree to the artwork and garment being manufactured.
We rely on you to ensure names and numbers are spelt and allocated correctly on the garments.
Any errors in artwork, product type, spelling or quantity that have been approved and supplied by you
will not be refunded.We are more than happy to discuss alternate resolutions with you.
-If you receive a faulty product (manufacturing or fabric), or design that does not match the approved
artwork, we will gladly replace the product for you.Please return the faulty product so that we can assess
where the issue arose and hopefully prevent it from occurring again.We will not refund damaged items
caused by incorrect use or activities unsuitable for the garment.
