What's your return policy?

-All garments must be approved by you before production. This is done at the end of the design stage.

Approving design mocks ensure all parties agree to the artwork and garment being manufactured.
We rely on you to ensure names and numbers are spelt and allocated correctly on the garments.
Any errors in artwork, product type, spelling or quantity that have been approved and supplied by you

will not be refunded.We are more than happy to discuss alternate resolutions with you.

-If you receive a faulty product (manufacturing or fabric), or design that does not match the approved

artwork, we will gladly replace the product for you.Please return the faulty product so that we can assess

where the issue arose and hopefully prevent it from occurring again.We will not refund damaged items

caused by incorrect use or activities unsuitable for the garment.

Is there a minimum number of garments that can be ordered?

We require a minimum order of 1 sublimation apparel .

How much are your products?

We will quote the best prices if only you offer the order designs and quantity.

Can you do the labels and tags for our brand?

Yes we can not only customize the labels the swing tags but also customize other branding accessories

like the waist bands the neck bindings the zippers the barcode stickers and the bags.

Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We have our own sportswear factory located in Guangdong province,we have our company with sales team in Shenzhen,China .

Q: Can you provide free sample?
A:  For customized sample, We will charge sample fee,after place order,We will refund the sample fee.

Q: What is your delivery time?
A: We normally ship by express shipping, DHL. you can get about 6 days after ship out.

How to work with thousands design?

You can change colours, garment style, logo and name.

Which kind of artwork files do you accept?

We accept the vector formats PDF EPS AI or high resolution image formats PS JPG JPEG PNG.

Can i provide pms colours for my design?

Yes, we can colour match PMS colours for your design.  However, colour matching is subjective and having

a 100% colour match may not be possible due to the difference between colour on card and fabric. 

Please provide PMS(Pantone matching system) FORMULA GUIDE SOLID COATED (GP1601) colour number,

so we can match it.

Can you provide special process custom LOGO?

Yes, there is a variety of logo production processes. Sublimation, embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer,

woven, appliances and so on.

I am not a designer,how can i work with your design team to get the job done?

 First, you can pick and choose the design from our online design template library in which our design team

is continuously uploading new designs.Second, you can source your own design concept through internet

surfing.
